Summary
I have an interesting composition to share. It is not so much that I came up with the idea, but rather that I was in the middle of a battle and thought, “What the heck is this? I was aiming for the rankings with Robinette, but I added some interesting spices along the way.
The character I used was Robinette, and I was aiming for a ranking, but the game added an interesting spice along the way, so I decided to write about it.
Results

Although I did not reach the top of the ranking, I was 646th at the time of completion, which was in the top 0.1%.
Robinet

Robinette increases damage with gold in possession. So I decided to use Golden Dome to scale it. A recent update added a powerful ghost to the extended game. I focused more on damage since that new type of ghost is no longer effective (or less effective) with Dexecutioner’s instant death effect and Black Hole’s suction.
Weaponry
Bow: Shoots penetrating arrows
Katana: It’s a sharp blade aimed at nearby enemies, man!
Black hole: fires a black hole that attracts enemies!
Axe: Throws a spinning axe for ranged damage
This configuration employs both a bow and an axe. Both are powerful weapons with multiple hits. On the other hand, the beginning of the game is very weak, so I repeated it several times.
I am not particular about the weapons, but I could have done without the black hole.
Tomes
Lucky Tome: higher quality options are more likely to be available at level-ups and shrines.
Golden Tome: more gold gained
XP Tome: more XP from all sources
Cursed Tome: Increased difficulty.
This is a tome configuration that does not stack any damage systems. As you can easily imagine, it is very painful in the beginning. I actually died many times.
Robinette scales with the gold you have, so it also scales in the final swarm (extended battle after the last boss). It will scale even when the weapon level reaches level 40 (the upper limit). In fact, there is no way to check how much it has increased, so we cannot determine if it was actually good or bad.
The point is the synergy with the following items.
Earn gold by self-injury

Vampire crystal: max HP increased, -50% regen
The vampire crystal increases the maximum HP, but also reduces the amount of regen by -50%. Having three of these items will reduce the amount of regen to a negative value. This is the first trigger for this configuration.
Kevin: Kevin attacks you when you attack him.
Of course, this self-injury can be substituted with the item “Kevin”.
Kevin has a certain probability of taking damage himself when we attack him. The effect of taking damage can generate a golden shield.
Camp Fire: Recover when you stop
The campfire automatically heals itself by placing a fire in front of it when it stops.
However, if the regen amount is negative with the blood-sucking crystal, you will take damage as you heal. This effect of taking damage triggers the activation of other items.
cGolden Shield: Gain gold when damaged
If you have a Golden Shield, which gives you gold when you take damage, your gold will accumulate forever while you are cooking the bonfire.
Robinette scales just by stopping as the damage increases with the gold you possess.
However…
To be honest, the extra gold was only after I defeated the boss on the third level. Frankly, the final score might have been higher if we had killed more monsters in the first and second tiers with damage-based tomes rather than Golden Tome.
PS: Self-inflicted wounds at Kevin’s are standard.
Currently, this formation is the meta, but the standard is to use Kevin to hurt himself and then use Golden Shield to do damage.
This combo is too strong and may be nerfed in an app.
About the New Final Swarm
This was the first time I had targeted a ranking after the update and it has changed a lot. I think this is a change for the better.
The reason is that until now, in order to aim for the top ranking, you had to keep defeating enemies for 5 hours while the screen was getting very scratchy.
The red ghost that appeared around the 11-12 minute mark of the final swarm was one-punched from 8,000 HP (including shield), so there may be no way to survive other than being invincible.

Recap
Considering the new Final Swarm specifications, I think the normal configuration is better for the purpose of aiming for higher rankings than a configuration like this one that scales after the third layer.
However, I thought that the synergy effect of using self-inflicted wounds by negative bloodsucking could be utilized in some other way.
