What is Chaos Tome?
Chaos Tome: Raises random status
Leveling up increases random status. I don’t see it used very often due to its randomness, but it is an interesting tome.
It is difficult to judge whether this tome is strong or not.
Conditions for obtaining Chaos Tome
- Complete all altars on stage without interruption.
The conditions for obtaining a Chaos Tome are as described above. It may be a little confusing, so I will explain in detail.
Release all 45 altars without interruption.
- Stage 1: Release all 15 altars
- Stage 2: All 15 altars are released
- Stage 3: Release all 15 altars
- Do not interrupt the charging of the altars
There are 15 altars in one stage. When you enter an altar, a gauge accumulates and when it is full, you can raise your status. This must be done without interruption for all three stages. In other words, you have to do all 45 altars under the same conditions.
It is a very difficult challenge and I had a hard time trying.
When conditions are met
- When the 15th altar on the third level is activated
The condition is when you activate the 15th altar on the third level. So if you cannot achieve it at this point, you have failed.
The boss of the third layer does not need to be defeated.

Forest Tier 3
As for the dungeon to go to, I recommend forest tier 3. You can probably get it in desert tier 3, but it is easy to miss the altar because of the sandstorms that reduce visibility and because the map is so large.
The ups and downs are more intense in the forest, but it is better because the map is narrower. The enemies are also weaker than in the desert, so I definitely recommend the forest.

Dice: Dice are thrown for 1-6 damage; a 6 permanently increases the weapon’s crit rate.
The forest is filled with enemies that explode and blow up, so it is necessary to defeat them before they get too close. Therefore, we recommend the use of revolvers, wireless daggers, and lightning staffs that can attack a wide area with long-range weapons rather than melee weapons.
Recommendation tome
Precision Tome: increased critical rate
Cooldown Tome: Increased attack frequency
Quantitative Tome: more attacks and bullets.
Basically, a tome that increases damage when taken is recommended. Quantitative tomes, which increase the number of bullets and make group battles more advantageous, are also easy to use.
Increase mobility and jumps
We need to find all the altars, so let’s use characters with fast feet. The forest has ups and downs, so you also want to increase your jumping ability and number of jumps. You can use any character you are comfortable with.
If you can afford it, you can also choose to take an agility tome to increase your mobility.
NG Item
Do not take beacons that increase the number of altars. This item can be vanished (erased). This item will increase the number of altars in the next level, which complicates the conditions for chaos storms.
