Here’s a summary of how to obtain Bitcoin. Bitcoin is an item that sells for high prices and can be used for endgame money-making. However, I should mention upfront that no efficient method for gathering Bitcoin through exploration has been discovered yet.

So, how do you gather it? You use the Construction: Bitcoin Miner.

How to Obtain Bitcoin

  • Exploration (Ultra Rare)
  • Direct Drop on Map (Ultra Rare)
  • Bitcoin Miner

Bitcoin can be obtained through exploration, but the probability is extremely low. Since the number of times I’ve obtained it is limited, I don’t know where it tends to appear more frequently. Based on my personal experience, I recall finding it indoors more often.

Additionally, this is unverified information, but I’ve heard rumors that it drops directly inside the “middle of the triple container” located north of the warehouse south of Farm Town and east of the Mercenary Camp’s vacant lot. I haven’t been able to confirm this myself. It might drop directly with an extremely low probability.

Bitcoin is primarily obtained by using facilities called Bitcoin miners, which mine it over time.

What is a Bitcoin miner?

  • Information File 1
  • Military Radio 1
  • External HDD 3
  • Motherboard 3
  • Computer Core 3
  • Electrical Wire 4
  • Electrical Cable 4

Bitcoin miners become available for construction as you progress through quests. Materials are primarily mechanical parts and PC components, obtainable from locations like “Consoles.” Only the Computer Core is guaranteed to drop from “Mecha Spiders” that appear at night.

Bitcoin miners function by installing graphics cards, with higher-quality cards mining Bitcoin faster.

Types of Graphics Cards

  • Potato Card
  • Graphics Card
  • Graphics Card SLI

There are three types of graphics cards. You’ll mainly use the top two types, and you can craft an even higher-tier graphics card in the game’s final stages.
Graphics cards are also rare drops and can be found scattered across the map. They seem to be primarily found in locations with lots of mechanical parts, like “Consoles,” and have even been buried in “Hidden Spots” containing earthworms. They are easier to find than Bitcoin, and it’s possible to pick up around three in a single exploration run.
Since Bitcoin miners can hold 12 graphics cards, your initial goal is to collect 12 cards.

Let’s make the most of Potato Card

Graphics cards are difficult to collect. Therefore, until you finish collecting graphics cards, we recommend using a potato card as a temporary replacement.

Potato cards are simple devices made from “potatoes and wires.” While their output is quite low, they serve as a substitute for graphics cards.

Upgrade to SLI graphics cards

Once you’ve collected all 12 graphics cards, upgrading to SLI graphics cards becomes the next goal. Since very few players have made it this far, it might be the final reward.
